Using the right mixtures, formulas, tools and hands this is a unique technique that is extremely difficult. Currently we know of no other artist doing this type of wet cement sculpting with beautiful hand painted colorful detail finishes. Every painting Lance Headlee paints and every sculpture he creates are images he pulls directly from his mind and imagination.
These Sculptures start out as wet cement then they harden and become concrete over time, this concrete becomes harder and harder and the Sculpture becomes hard as rock.
